So I’ve been away for a few months, tumblies, enjoying the sun and whatnot. But its time to get serious. I realised at new years I hadn’t achieved my goal of a six pack, even in five months!
I’ve been trying to get my diet back into shape, its going slowly but getting there. Starting to log all my meals and exercise again will make me step in line!
SO, sorry my for my long absence (if anyone even noticed :p) and I’m off to the gym!
